Warranty

This One-Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by LUNAPAW (“LUNAPAW,” “we,” “us,” “our”) to the original purchaser (“you,” “your”) of an authentic LUNAPAW product purchased from our official website or authorized sellers.

1) Warranty Coverage (1 Year)

LUNAPAW warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for one (1) year from the date of delivery (or purchase date if delivery date is unavailable).

If a covered defect occurs during the Warranty period, LUNAPAW will, at our discretion:

  • Send replacement parts/accessories needed to restore normal use, or

  • Repair the product (if applicable), or

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item (subject to availability).

No cash refunds are provided under this Warranty.

2) What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including minor scratches, fading, or fabric fraying over time)

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, chewing/scratching, or use outside the intended purpose

  • Damage from improper storage, exposure to heat, chemicals, water soaking, or harsh cleaning agents

  • Alterations, repairs, or modifications made by anyone other than LUNAPAW

  • Lost items, cosmetic preference issues, or damage due to improper fit/installation

  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers or counterfeit products

3) Care & Use Requirements

To keep your item in the best condition, follow any care instructions provided with the product. Using the product in a way not intended for pet accessories may void this Warranty.

4) How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request Warranty service, contact us within the Warranty period and provide:

  • Your order number (or proof of purchase)

  • Clear photos and/or video of the issue

  • A brief description of how and when the issue occurred

We may request additional information to verify the issue and confirm the correct replacement parts.

5) Shipping & Handling

  • If your claim is approved as a covered defect, LUNAPAW will ship the replacement parts/accessories using a standard shipping method (policy may vary by region).

  • If the issue is not covered, you may purchase replacement parts/accessories separately (if available) and may be responsible for shipping costs.

6) Replacement Terms

Any replacement parts/accessories provided under this Warranty are covered for the remainder of the original Warranty period (the Warranty does not restart).

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUNAPAW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of use). Our total liability under this Warranty will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

8) Your Legal Rights

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state/country. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
