If a covered issue occurs within 1 year, we will, at our discretion:
Send replacement parts/accessories needed to restore normal use, or
Repair the item (if applicable), or
Replace the item with the same or a comparable product (subject to availability)

LUNAPAW Atelier creates made-to-order, custom pet hair clips. Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for your pet, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
All pet hair clip products—including the designs shown on our website and any custom orders—are produced individually only after we receive your order.
For hygiene and pet safety reasons (to avoid cross-infection between pets), once an item has been sold and dispatched, we generally cannot accept returns or resell items.
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video. We will review your request and, if approved, we will send replacement parts/accessories or arrange a replacement as appropriate.
